Default Where would you say the better resales are going to be (re: Beaches)?

I was just curious.

If I acquired something on the beach (or at least a beach view), which area would be better for resale?

St Augustine
Jax Beach

Ponte Vedra - I am sure is hot but also very, very expensive.

If you can "buy right" in a desirable area, it'll always be in good position for a resale. PV is definitely a hot area, but the entry point, even on a discount, may not be reachable for many. IMHO, Jax Beach is hit/miss. Look for something that's in Atlantic Beach or Neptune Beach. Obviously, the closer to the water, the better. I don't know much about St. Aug beach area.
