Default rentals Yulee/Fernandina-any recommendations?
I was thinking about renting here for 6mos-1yr and the Courtney Isles apts look pretty nice; does anyone have personal experience living here? Are they fairly safe & quiet?

Also considering Nassau Club & Amelia Lakes, if anyone knows anything about them.

I appreciate any info on these, as well as other (pet friendly) rental recommendations if you have 'em.

The Cottages at Stoney Creek. They are 2 & 3 BR condos, but rentals are available. Close to Courtney Isles.

Thanks for the recommendation. This would've been put at the top of my list, as I like so many things about this property, but I read the condo rules & regs & it stated that no renters are allowed pets. Thanks anyway--if I decide to buy a condo after renting for a while I will def. revisit these.
