Casino Cruise
Anyone here on the Jax Forum been on the Sun Cruz Casino Cruise out of Mayport? We know that the cruise only lasts for a few hours, but it would definitely be cheaper than going to the casino in Tampa Bay or to the ones in Buloxi. Sun Cruz does have a very nice (and informative) website. The cost is only $3 to board the ship if a person takes a bus, from certain pick-up points, there. If a vehicle is driven down to the Cruise Depot, it costs $13 to board the ship.
Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I have never been, but I have a coworker that has gone a few times. He says it is pretty nice, and a fun getaway for a few hours. I think he said they go out for about 4 hours or so. I don't know for sure.

Don't like gambling, DON'T do it. Just don't put down others down that do like to do it at times!

Holy crap, it's a joke. I'm won more than my fair share in Roulette. For some reason, that game loves me. Can't win crap at anything else.

Didn't really get it, but that's ok! Hey, I'm 60 years old......my brain works somewhat slower than it did 30 years ago!
Anyway, I've done fairly good on the dollar slots, but, in the last couple of years my wife hasn't done good at any kind of gambling. Fortunately there have been times that I've been able to win enough to cover what she lost.
We have a reservation right now to go on the noon cruise.
Last time we went to a casino was in Cherokee, NC and we were astounded at how many people were gambling on a Saturday night. Shoot we had a heck of a time just trying to find an open slot machine! That was Oct of last year.
