Default Eagle Harbor versus Eagle Landing

Anyone have experience of living in either? I realize that Eagle Landing is newer and less established but they are selling their homes / community as more of an exclusive 'club'.

Hello, I was just curious as to why you decided to cross Eagle Landing off the list. Can you please let me know what made your decision? Thanks

Eagle Landing is on the far end of Oakleaf Plantation. Plenty of golf course homes.

I found a better deal from a builder in (golf course home to the left of the fairway) Fleming Island. I took my commute times and they were about equal (from Eagle Landing - in the back of the development and from where I bought in the Fleming Island location).

Additionally, I liked the Fleming Island High School, proximity to the library and Elementary School, too.
