Remembering Jax (living in, shopping mall, beaches)

Hi all,

Just found this forum while looking through some pictures of Jax on the web. Reminded me of the times I spent there up to about 7 years ago. Had some great times at the "Sun Dog" and "Flys Ties" as well as the beaches. Used to stay with a friend just off ST Johns Bluff Road.....it's probably a shopping mall now......

Think that St Augustine is where I really go back to on these cold and wet Welsh evenings...... Anyway, just to say hi from Wales UK, hope Jax is still as good as it was during the times I spent there......

Every city in the world has it's problems, but I think Jax is doing better than most, but as I say, It's been a long time since I was last there, so I guess things may have changed a little.

Yes, there is a big shopping center now on St. Johns Bluff Road - the Saint Johns Town Center. It's an upscale outdoor shopping "town" .

A lot has changed in Jax over the last 7 years. You'll have to come for a visit and see for yourself!

Im from cardiff wales myself and been living in Jax for 10yrs on and off..
anyways...give us a shout mate if/when u decide to come back, it be nice to talk to a taffy face to face.
