My understanding is most of the main activity is at the Jax beach pier.

We went down for the show for a little bit. Really was not that bad. We did not go to the pier area. We stayed to the north right where neptune and jax beach meet. We stayed for about 2 hours the crowd was not bad at all. We did not come with a lot to drink and what not. We plan to go tomorrow for the whole show.

I ventured down on Friday during the day to see the Blue Angels. We stayed north of the pier and found a perfect spot on the beach and enjoyed the show. Back up in MD, the shows are on base, so it was such a nice treat to be able to sit on the beach and enjoy the show!

We went on Friday night for the PreFlight Party, but not a real big deal in that. Were there Saturday and Sunday from around 9AM until it ended. Sat in our chairs on the sidewalk in front of the bar/restaurant that is just south of the pier. Our viewing area was absolutely spectacular! The crowd.........WOW, there were a lot of people there both days! People on roof tops and people on balconies! The Saturday traffic, leaving, was pretty insane, but then again, the traffic leaving the Metro Park 4th of July Fireworks was the same. Will still take the traffic here compared to Los Angeles, Calif. event traffic anytime!! All-in-all, it was an absolutely GREAT Show! Next year it will be at NAS and we will be there with camera/video in-hand.
