Default licensed kitchen
I am looking for a licensed kitchen to rent for a day or two per week. It can be within a couple of hours radius around Gainesville. Jacksonville would be good as well as Ocala. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Default Maybe caterers?
The only thing that comes to mind is caterers. Not restaurants that cater, but straight ahead caterers. You might find one who is new in business and may be willing to rent out some space to you. Look for ads in the local cities arts magazines. Good luck in your search.

I just got an email from a gentleman with the following web address.
www.kitchenofdreamz.com (notice it is spelled with a z)
they rent kitchen space but not in Jacksonville where I need it.
There is a kitchen in Jacksonville called Kitchen Kiosk. www.kitchen-kiosk.com They rent by the hour/monthly, etc.
