Default Royal Oaks?
Hello all. I'm choosing to stay in a apartment, its called Royal Oaks this is the location
10023 Belle Rive Blvd
Jacksonville, FL 32256

I'm wondering, how is this area, is it safe? And how does the apartment look and anyone ever lived there? I'm just asking before I come there next week God willing. Thanks and God Bless.
