I agree. Some posts are stepping over the line into advertising. The value of this forum is to find information given without the bias that is sure to be present if someone is hoping for financial gain. Realtors can be a source of good general information but should keep the sales pitch out of the post. That's what PM private messages are for. Most realtors follow the rules. Hopefully the forum won't become a billboard for advertising.

For those from the North looking to have a great home in the south, look at SummerGlen Golf Community in Ocala FL. Center of state, no flood or hurricane insurance needed. An hour to either coast for all the water you want. Wonderful out of the way community. 15 mins to any shopping your want. 5 mins to a grocery store and drug store. Love to see the woods and the forest, just drive down Hwy 484. Quick access to I75 interstate highway. Lots of activities and entertainment right on site. Happy and helpful neighbors. Great place to move to from the North.
