Need mechanic recommendation to work on straight 6 cyl, 1996 XJS 2+2 CONVERTIBLE. 47000 original MILES......EXCELLENT CONDITION,
Won't START......started fine until it sat for 6 months in my garage......Never been driven hard.
Any recommendations are welcome.
EDIT: ......Would be great if I could find a qualified mechsnic, [IN THE. MISSOULA AREA] familiar with the 6 cyl engine model, In 1996.

Check the throttle plate. They tend to gum up on Jags.
