Totally agree, especially if the prospective employer is insisting that potential candidates already be employed, they have to show SOME flexibility or they just come across as idiots.

Well I am going to cut back---having no lights or water is considered cutting back isn't it? Not sure I can cut back anymore than that. lol This job is enough to pay my rent and keep me from losing my house, pay gas to get there and MAYBE pay one other bill which will probably be my phone so I can still get calls for jobs. I am trying to find a second job working nites so I still pay the other bills.

Well currently the only thing I do on that list is Cable/internet and its a package deal because I need internet for school and job searches but that will probably be gone in the next 20 days once I can't pay the bill.
I guess what you are not understanding is this job is so low paying it won't even pay all the nessasary bills like water, lights, gas. Forget those things you listed I will be lucky to be able to pay my bills BUT I will not be homeless because I WILL be able to pay rent. If this job had not come thru I would have lost my house the 1st of the month.

You really did fail reading comprehension didn't you?

She has ALREADY "cut back" as far as it is humanly possible to do so.

Boxer, just tell him you're eating Froot Loops for dinner, that he will understand LOL

As she has stated at the beginning, the job is only paying the house payments and there's no money left over for other expenses. The job search is a necessity for her.
