If the organization you work for is funded by the government or a foundation, having staff resumes on file is a normal part of an audit. Maybe your original was misfiled or something, or maybe they want to have one that includes your current work - did they ask you to update it or submit the original from when you were hired?
No she said it doesn't need to be updated just something that can be put in the file.
Yeah because she asked three of us at the same time as we walked past her office,
Course, on the other hand, she may have asked the other two so as not to cause you aniexty by singling you out. Best to keep your nose to the grindstone for the time being, Grasshopper ...
Never happpened to me, but--and I don't mean to scare you--to a friend of mine who ended up being let go.
Yea it almost makes me think they are building a case against him and are verifying the info on his resume... Definitely keep your nose clean there TV dude
Since you're allegedly a "career counselor" you could, though, try and use proper grammar to express yourself in order not to discredit your "profession". I would be anxious, very anxious, if I were in your shoes right now.
Makes me think they are verifying your references. Very often businesses do not verify these. But I do suspect they are looking at them for some reason and it's not a good one. In light of the whole lateness issue and of all the "drama" issues you seem to be in the middle of, this seems ominous to me.
All I can say is be prepared...
