Even though it is considered a pretty menial job for the most part, I am extremely nervous about an upcoming phone interview for the position. I have a lot riding on whether I get this job.

For one, I hate talking on phones for some reason, and would rather actually meet in person, but the entire interview process will be done over the phone because I am out of state at the moment (the team I am ushering for is the Miami Heat, and I am in New Orleans).

Anyways, I guess I am asking, what questions should I expect for such a job? Just throw anything out there that you think the interviewer might ask- I just need to get the juices flowin' at the moment. If anyone has any ticket taker/usher experience, your input would be greatly appreciated too. I just have no idea what questions an interviewer might ask for such a position. Thanks a lot.
