Ever go to an interview and the employer doesn't know what THEY want?

Nevermind the interview, how about a new job where they don't know what they want? I sat idle for almost 4 weeks because I didn't have a computer or logins to the systems I needed. I was told when I accepted this job that a computer would be there the 1st day. Turns out no one really knew what they expected...I spent a lot of time idle at this office. Once the job got moved to "at home" I was busier but not enough for 40 hrs a week.
