1st interview-phone screen w/hiring manager
2nd-hiring manager in person
3rd- with director of dept....then a separate appt with HR recruiter later that day.

I have not had the interview yet but this process is a little different to me Im used to meeting with the recruiter during the beginning stages not the end. Not complaining just curious of this process...has anyone experienced this.

Have they run a background check? If you have something on there they may want you to discuss it with the person face-to-face.
