Hello!

My resume is perfect! The only thing that is bothering me is my education section. Maybe this is not a problem at all; that's why I am asking your advice:
  • I completed A.S. degree in schoold located in FL and 60%of my studies were online. The dates for this school are 2005-2009
  • I also completed B.S. degree in school located in the Ukraine. I studied 2 years (was able to transfer some FL credits to cut 2 years) and this was distance ed program (I was in/went to Ukraine twice a year to take exams, and studied home 100%). The dates for thisschool are 2009-2011
Now due to the fact that my education was online and in distance form, my residence does not match where schools are located for academic period years. For example:

I worked in FL 9/2002-4/2007
I worked in PA 4/2007-7/2008
I worked in Ukraine 7/2008-10/2010
I worked in PA 11/2010-present

So, as you can see my employment dates &location do not exactly correspond to education date &locations.

Is this a problem? Is this suspicious? Should I mention something in education sections of my resume for those schools? Or leave it as is since it is online century and is totally fine?

Thanks!

If a degree is required and you have it, the employers would rather see that you took online courses than that you were lying on your resume, or messed up the dates.

I would suggest that after the school dates you just put something like "part online classes"

I dont think you should mention it at all. If the schools were legitimately accredited, the resume should state the degree the year. If they have questions about the delivery method of your studies, they will ask.

OK, I was also told by resume professional that this is not a problem and should not be noted on the resume.

I don't think it is an issue. If someone actually reads your resume they will be able to figure it out or they will ask you to explain it. Is your degree from the Ukraine recognized in the states?
