Are the days of walking in a resume in person gone?

yeah, the endorsements on linkedin annoy me because people just give them without actually knowing if you're good at those things. so they're meaningless. i added my neighbor and he endorsed me for all of these things - he is familiar with some things, because we worked together in a community organization. but he doesn't know whether i'm good at excel or whatever.

Yeah they are basically brown noser points. I endorse hoping you will endorse to bolster my image.
