for me, i just hate how Human Resources/Hiring-Managers are never completely honest with you, yes i know they don't want to risk getting sued, but i feel constructive criticism, specific detailed feedback would help me a lot to improve myself, to avoid making the same mistakes again in the future

well some interview questions are tough to answer if you don't have much work experience and have never dealt with those situations before

I'm HR, not your training office. Im getting paid to do my job, not raise you. Its called life, you have to experience it to live it. You can't get experience "microwaved" to you. sorry, you'll just have to go thru trial and error like the rest of us did.

Yeah, especially the one asking; if you could be an animal what animal would you choose to be.
The answer someone gives to that question can be very telling about their personality, how they'll fit into the corporate culture, and how suitable they are for the job they've applied for.
If I was hiring a sales executive I wouldn't want to hear that they'd like to be a sloth or a kitten, I want them to tell me that they'd want to be a tiger or a pit bull.
If I was hiring a teacher I'd want them to say a collie.

exactly, but to come to my HR dept, and be upset while applying for a job and I as that company's employee don't train him.
Knowledgably there are numerous classes for them to take, as I stated before, I am not his training dept.
