If you have a similar body type sure. It also helps if you are a woman.

Try to figure out who the interviewers are. If it is another woman then you probably do not want to wear it. Around a guy for interviews it is probably ok. Is it wrong to think that way? Sure, but it is reality in a lot of places.

The pants suit is fine, even though it is way too tight on the model. I imagine if she tried to sit, she would pop the button on the jacket and the pants would split.

You can wear a pants suit like this but not so tight and with a tailored blouse (NOT like the one in the photo) and a nice necklace.

Too tight. Wear the conservative suit for the interview

Otherwise, there's too much cleavage being shown. I'm also not a fan of the hair (they could have done something better with it, too wild and frizzy).

Stick with the traditional suits. You have nothing to lose, and it's better to be safe than sorry.
Off topic: I don't see anything wrong with the model's hair. Her hair is wavy/curly. Some people don't have naturally straight hair. Open your mind to different hair textures.

OP, I don't see anything wrong with the pant suit. I think it would look nice for an interview, especially if you wear a more conservative blouse with it. Best of luck with your interview.
