I was suffering for new job about 12 months, sanding resumes to all kinds of company i would work for with my skills .
i had a few jobs before which i hated, so finally i started looking for some part time job and found it.because like You all saying the time of usually 40h week is ended , and social security will not be longer(i think) at my retirement age, so i started looking for the job with residual income.if i still be doing good as right now, in a year or to my residual will be equal to my social security benefits at age 65(i am 36)so please tell me ,what is the reason to get up every morning and work for somebody else, heating Your job for let say 30 more years, when i can do it in 2 years?Don't You think that,s a such a good idea?

I pretty much check job listings everyday and apply to everything I'd be willing to do. I keep this up until somebody makes me an offer and I accept.

The first 10 days of August was pretty good for job postings but since like August 13th, I haven't seen much to apply to. I was hoping to have a couple of interviews before Labor Day.

A 3 day holiday weekend is the worst for a unemployed person because the Friday before most companies probably let out early so it's really a 4 day weekend.

When I wake up and don't see any messages on my phone that's always a bad start to my day. I don't check my phone until 12pm and when I see zero messages I get a attitude-lol I don't know why because I have gotten calls for interviews after 1pm so it's not like the day is over

I've applied to lots of jobs probably 5-10 per day for right now. Total I would have to say in the hundreds over the year.

Lol, when I wake up I check that phone like a kid checks the Christmas tree on the 25th.

I know me too. I even have my phone facing the opposite direction until I;m ready to check it because my experience has been someone only calls when the ringer is off
