What are your thoughts on my resume? (job, good, laid off)

I'm getting laid off from my job in September so I figure its time to tweek it. My focus is more on the wording itself then the actual layout. When i uploaded this from Microsoft work to scribd, it messed up the layout so disregard that.

Do you think I could make it more concise? Expand parts more? any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
