Are you for real Monster! Monster is a joke. Careerbuilder is slightly better. Monster is the poster boy for Farmer's Insurance trying to get you to set up an office. Linkedin is the way to go, but I am sorry I don't have 3 hours to teach you what I learned. Start with signing up for groups and then use that as a way to connect.
