Well I wouldn't say it take me no more than 60 seconds.

I do try to tailor my resume/cover letter to each job I apply for.

That usually takes about 5 minutes per ad.

I already have the cover letters saved and geared toward certain position so when i see it all I do is go to a certain CL and copy and paste and hit send with the attached resume

True, the main thing I change is the name of the position I apply for. Everything else, my work experience, my job skills, my education, that's not changing.

Back from the interview. Looks like it went really well but there are a decent number of people applying it would seem. I should know sometime next week. They need someone soon.

Usually when they casually drop "the large number of applicants" and "know next week" it is a kiss of death. But good luck anyway.

Exactly, because that information is not needed. All they have to say is when they will be done interviewing not that it's a lot of candidates

She didn't say that. I just picked it up. When I say a decent number of people, I mean, there was one before me, one after me, and I assume she is gonna interview some more people for 2 more days.

We'll see.

I just went on another interview today that sounds great. Very laid back office job, was told I could wear jeans. And I've got two more scheduled.
