employer and background check.....

I have been working for the same company for 6 years, every year I have to give permission for another background check. This year I asked for a copy of my background check and was told they could not release it to me. However another employer was able to get a copy. Why wouldn't they give me a copy?

That sounds kind of odd, every year? And I too like a copy of my background check even when it comes back clean LOL

They have sent them to me, after they have been completed. They came from Sterling and Hire Right.
