I have a second interview with a company I'm going to just to get the experience and see what kind of offer they make(if any). I wore my tailored suit to the first interview. Should I just wear it again to the second interview?
Yes. They're not going to think badly of you for wearing a suit a second time (since many people who wear a suit to work wear it more than once/week anyway). Wearing a suit just shows you understand basic business conventions even if people who work there are a little less dressed.
i agree with purpleshadow - if you only have one suit, wear it twice. if you're male, no one will notice the repetition. if you're female, maybe wear a different top and accessories with it.
Just switch the shirt and tie they won't know. I do it all the time no problem. I have a black pinstripe, I can go charcoal grey shirt with darker grey tie, or go to white shirt and blue tie with some black. Looks completely different.
If you have nothing else, yes, wear it again, but like the others said, change it up with a top or something. If money is tight, go to a thrift store and buy another shirt for a few dollars.

We are business casual now, and I wear a tie only for interviewing people so they feel more comfortable, and a suit only if I have to appear before the Board. Only a few companies like law firms care about that. I have interviewed hundreds of people in my years as a supervisor or manager, and have yet to pass on someone because of what they wore to the interview.
As long as they show effort to look nice, the clothing is not very important. Even if it's the same interviewer(s) no one will remember what you wore before, unless it was chartreuse plaid or something. Don't worry about it.
A different shirt and tie might make you feel more comfortable about it, but
you should not let it bother you to wear the same suit.
There is zero chance I would remember what a candidate wore to an interview unless it was something inappropriate. But then again they wouldn't be back for a second interview if they did.
