Do you believe in yourself enough to think you are good enough?
Wrong question do the rewards outweigh the risk? I can find 10 commission only sales jobs in Denver in the next 2 weeks no BS so why would I drag myself down to FL for that? Only an idiot would. I don't work commission only I have been done the road before and been ripped off bad so no more.
Frankly commission only sales jobs are great for employers they take no risk. Employees take all the risk. They take the wear and tear on their car, their cellphone, their fuel costs. And when most fail the employers take those leads from the fired employees prospecting and dish them to the golden salespeople. I have been on both sides of that table, as an employee, so I know how the game is played and the deck is stacked against commission only sales people.

The difference is that in Florida there are nice beaches to sleep on and the weather is warm all year round for "camping out." Not possible in Denver! One needs a roof over one's head and heat! Which means you have to actually earn enough to pay rent or a mortgage. Expect more commission only sales job offers from California. I hear the commission only salespeople sleep in their cars in parking lots in little groups by "employer" along with all the other homeless in California.
Come on! Commission only is a scam in most cases and only benefits employers who get a free workforce and only have to dish out some crumbs IF the employee sells something. It works sometimes but only in certain markets.
