It is just average because you make the mistake to give a job description telling us what you had to do not what you accomplished above and beyond the call of duty.
That's a good resume for someone still in school. Here's what I recommend:
1) Put your education first or second.
2) No one cares about your high school
3) Fix your grammar, especially the run-on sentences
4) It seems suspicious that your first job out of high school you were lead technician. I'm not saying you weren't, but if I were scanning your resume, I'd be pretty wary of someone claiming that one or two years out of high school they were leading a 20 man team.
5) Maybe put expected graduation date for college. 'In progress' sounds like you plan on being there for some undetermined amount of time.
#4 is a huge one. I would even go so far as assume you just took that out of someone else's resume (what else did you plagiarize?) and toss the whole thing. I'd definitely tune down or re-word that point. Basically, the level of work is not apropos for the level of experience.
It looks like you had the Dish Network job and the other job at the same time. Did you work 2 full time jobs? Or is that a mistake on dates?
Put the anticipated grad date for your college degree. In same general area state something like: completed 92 credit hours of 140 credit hrs needed to graduate.

How do you bring in new customer and add 100k revenue? Technicians normally serve the existing customers, they don't bring new customer.
IF you are coping people's resume better be careful on the employment date and what you write.
Thanks guys for the replies. Yes I know I am young but I started off as a regular technician. about 8 months after working there they liked how I did my installs and how much faster I was then all the other techs so they promoted me to Lead tech. I would over see the other techs and train them to implement my installation techniques therefore adding to the workload in a day and being able to save on material. And although I was a technician we were also able to do sales if we brought the customer in. I saw this as an opportunity and would bring in whole apartment complexes into it and every tenant would go through me for the signing up of the service therefor profiting the company I worked for. I know not many my age are like this, but I had a great opportuinity and I worked hard for it.

remove high school completely.
yes I did have 2 jobs. It started off as an on call job, which then turned into a part time job which is at lest 15 hours a week. I currently have another full time job but it is not related to IT so I did not list it
I'm blown away how the OP managed to find such good jobs right out of high school!
Thanks I go my gf pregnant at 16 and her parents made me work my but off lol so yeah. They also pushed me a lot and helped me get the jobs I did. If it weren't for them I would probably be at McDonald right now.
