This is 2013, not 1999. The overwhelming majority of Americans have access to the internet. It's not a luxury dumbass.

Starbucks, Panera, and other places have free wifi.

One more time, the web is needed for me to do my job so as long as I am not going to porn sites I don't see the issue.

My boss came to me today to tell me to check a certain website because they are hiring. Now if the internet wasn't required for my job then that would be different.
