I really should start a new thread on how many times we've been duped by staffing agencies. I could care less for their interviews if there was never any intent of a actual job lead.

I remember I filled out an assessment test for JCPenny's DC and the pay was $7/hour, I selected strongly agree/disagree for the questions with no in-between. After the test the message came up and stated, "Your psychological background does and will not fit within our culture, thank you for applying." I don't really think the only strategy to winning on these is the system randomly selecting your assessment number-much like the Powerball.

What if you keep applying and never get a call for an interview? Like let's say I apply for jobs for 1 year straight and NEVER get called for an interview, what are you doing wrong?
