LMFAO.

I remember creating this thread.

It's because I was going for jobs where a masters was preferred.

I have a Masters, however not that one.

For what it's worth, I didn't get any of those jobs.

these days, employers put down the moon listing so many skills that almost nobody will be a perfect match, but the more of those skills you have the better your chances. so preferred just means nice to have.

When my wife applies to positions she just looks at the job descriptions and applies. doesn't really care what the preferred skill set is
