I am hoping that there are some HR professionals/hiring managers on this board who could take a quick look at my resume and provide feedback. My background is mainly in marketing and some sales, and I am hoping to transition into Marketing Management/Marketing Project Management. I have been applying for jobs in another city, which puts my at a competitive disadvantage, so any feedback that I could receive is much appreciated

Looks pretty decent to me ...

1) Put the work experience in this format

Senior Marketing Coordinator, ACME Inc (Oct 2009 - present)

2) Get rid of the other two roles that led up to the Senior Marketing Coordinator role

3) Describe what you actually did specifically

For example, instead of "Collaborated with field Territory Managers on creation and delivery of advertising flyers... "
say "Provided content (or graphics or whatever) in advertising flyers ..."

4) As much as you can describe the results of your effort OR how big (in terms of $ or other metrics) the projects you worked on were

5) any technical skills? SW packages/apps you're familiar with?

6) BS in Marketing? or BA?

Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback jaypee. It is much appreciated. I am pretty sure it is a BS in Marketing... I need to take another look at my degree. I put the other 2 roles that led up to the Senior Marketing Coordinator role on the resume so that I could show my promotions/progression. Do you think it would be better to just leave the first 2 roles off all together?
