So I've been working in this place for several years. Recently we had a meeting and we were told that their will be lay-offs. I am concerned I may be one of them. I have been working there for longer then most of the other workers. Because of this, I get paid more and cutting the veteran workers mean saving more money. Its been a while since I've done a resume so here I am asking.

I have no clue if I'm going to work in the same field or not. Let say I don't, do I put this job under job experience, others job experience, or some other category. I really don't wanna lose my job that I've been with in so long.

If you choose to work in another field, do you have significant experience to list? If so, you can list this current position as "other experience". If you don't have experience in the other field, sounds like this is the only experience you have.
