I'm halfway through my internship with my medical billing program and will have my AAS degree in December. The practice I'm at is very small and its not looking good for me to have a paid position with them as they just do not have the space for me in their payroll, so I'm getting ready to start applying at other practices.
should I apply with a recommendation letter already handy or submit my resume and CV for various locations and put a note somewhere that a recommendation letter is available upon request? I've never done an internship so not sure how this works.
Recommendation is not needed right now. Network with your school professors to see if they can find you a position.
That's the tricky thing. I moved 2 hours away to do my internship. I'm super bummed its not leading to permanent paid position. My school won't help me find a position where I live now.
