My wife has been a middle-school principal for a number of years now. For lousy pay she gets to deal with overly aggressive parents and kids bringing weapons to school. No thanks.

I told her she is essentially a manager/director and if she changed fields she could double her earnings and not have to deal with life & death situations on a regular basis. After years of listening to me she seems like she is finally ready to act. But she wants to find a professional resume service that will help her sound less education-centric.

I used Monster many years ago, and while it was expensive, I thought they did a nice job. Can someone please recommend a service that will do a good job helping my wife re-write her resume?

Thanks in advance.
