I'm just tired of people acting like getting a job is so easy. They are one of the core problems of the system.

The same people who think that the Great Depression occurred because a lot of people just became lazy overnight and decided to starve to death instead of working. Those people will always ignore the facts, until it happens to them, so that they can justify their lack of compassion.

I know how to do the personality test.
I can work any hours they want me to.

But they just don't call me for an interview. Just think of all the people out there who could be working right now (not just MCD's) if we sorted out all the BS employers are doing.

McDonalds is usually a steady revolving door, but since the economy is so bad you probably have 100+ applicants applying for McJobs for survival money.

There is one more step: a polygraph test mist be completed.

Give it a few years, and polygraph testing will be a qualification for just about any job.
