What are thoughts on a company asking you to come into the office to take a scenario based test, after in person interview. As opposed to sending the test over and you completing it and sending it back

It doesn't really provide much insight into what to expect or time to process.

Watch out for the free consulting mascarading as a fake job oportunity scam otherwise it sounds reasonable.

Perhaps that's the whole purpose. It's the difference between an exam and a take-home exam.

I think it is pretty standard. Why would a company send a test out of the office to a place in which they have no control over what happens to it (copied, posted on-line, etc., etc.)?

Fair enough, but how do you prepare for it all? Scenario test could mean anything, as no further insight was given.
