I was approached by this lady at my university after I gave a presentation at my school and she said she was very impressed with my presentation skills and wondered if I was still looking for a job. I told her "not at the moment" because I am already working for my school as a developer. She said "if you're still interested, here is my card."
This was all about a week ago. I have a couple of months left until I graduate and was wondering if I should give her a call back now just to ask her about the job she had in mind, or later on in the year? I am not desperate for a job now and I could be offered a full-time position at my university if I decide to keep working here, but I am also open to hearing what other companies have to say too. I just don't want her to forget about me.
Yeah, go ahead and contact her now. It's always good to have multiple options on the table, and it can only help to see what other opportunities are there for you.
Okay everyone, I will give her a call. Thanks for the replies!
