I've done some contract work for recruiters based in other states,will it look strange on my resume? I'm already up against the odds for finding normal jobs...
About how long did your contract jobs last? If the jobs themselves are numerous and less than about 6 months in length, I would be more concerned about that going over a resume than where you were physically located at the time of working. This is assuming you have several years of relevant work experience and you are not entry level.
dont note the locations you in just put consultant and list the city, state you live in. if you have a bunch of different locations on your resume youll look like an unstable nomad unless you have been in each role for years at a time

Only about a year or so,long enough to list but not long enough that it's still entry level...

Wouldn't consultant look kind of questionable also?...
The major consulting firms have employees travel all over the country to different client sites. Why would it look strange?
yes but they list the office location of their home office not every location that theyve ever worked
