Wow...

My sister is 20 and graduating with her Bachelors Degree in a Business field in 3 months. She has already received offers and had interviews for around 35k in much cheaper areas of the country..
Agree,

There is something shady about this company from the start. This is not a living wage for NYC. No matter which borough.

If you want to revel in your ignorance, please go ahead. but calling people morons and idiots when you yourself do not have a clue makes for irony. Using all caps doesn't prove that you know what you're talking about.

btw, I have lived in "the big city". Been there. Done that. No big deal. We could live in Manhattan (but we are too poor now) so we can't. I also never mentioned that I lived on Staten Island either(too poor for that too). I was picking a random hypothetical borough.
Please quite trying to derail this thread.

Reporting these to the moderator.

Again, please cease at derailing this thread.

If you have a Masters and five years of experience, then you shouldn't be interested in a $26k position that isn't involved in academia. Especially in NYC (yes, the natives do call it NYC). This job is some sort of scam and you'll lose money taking it.

Keep looking elsewhere
