Actually even during the years of tremndous migration to Las Vegas on average within 6 months HALF those people had moved on to another city, because of this it would make sense to give more consideration to people who had already established themselves in the city, especially if the position required any type of extensive training.

We ask a 'fun', last question in our admin interviews --- if your coworkers were asked to describe you in five words or less, what would those words be?

Not sure what it reveals exactly (and MAYBE it's in the 'ridiculous' category! ), but most candidates smile, and rattle off 5 nice adjectives, and it seems a light way to wind up the interview.

No questions are dumb in my opinion if they tell potential employers how you think, communicate and solve problems.
