What to put on my availability on my job application? (applying, shifts)

Im filling out my job application right now Im planning to have a 2nd job.
Currently at my 1st job Im only working part time Sundays and Thursdays.

However I really want to work from Sundays to Thursdays and off Fridays and Saturdays

Since Im working 2 days a week Im really unavailable on Sundays and Thursdays, however I get off work at 2:30pm on Thursdays, so I still have the day so I plan on working at 2nd job on Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays! Im available ALL day Mon Tues & Wed however I really prefer to work in the morning and day shifts I really dont want to work nights. However Im willing to work late on Thursday since Im already working at my first job and can work 6 more hours.

For my 2nd job Im really applying for a part time.

So with a schedule like mine my schedule for my 2nd job?

Sun (Unavailable) Mon (Available) Tues (Available) Wed (Available) Thurs (Available late afternoon)

Fri (Unavailable) Sat (Unavailable).

However on the job application it says: Our shifts start as early as 5am and end late as 12AM What is your availability and it says Earliest Time to Latest Time. I know what they are doing they want to see what my availability is and I want it to look good.

Should I just write what I have above and if I get the job tell the manager what I prefer on the days that I can work (that I prefer to work in the mornings and day from Mon-Wed. I wouldnt mind at all if I work from 8AM-5pm or 9 to 5

The store hours are from 8AM-9PM

What should I put for my job schedule when it says latest time? I really just want to put available and unavailable
