Do I only include jobs that are relevant to the job I'm applying for? If I want to apply for web design, do I leave out my jobs at McDonalds?

You can omit anything you want. Working at mcdonalds probably won't help you get a web design position so that resume space is probably better spent showcasing more relevant skills.

Yes, it is best leave off the irrelevant min wage jobs. I have never included the summers that I spent pouring concrete, building fences and moving furniture.

If they later make you fill out a job application with explicit instruction to include all jobs, you can include them there if you like. I still don't, but those jobs are 30 years in my past.
