I keep seeing this type of ad. Send us all your personal information, references, etc. and maybe we'll deign to call you. We're not telling you who we are or what the job might pay. Does anyone ever answers these?
And last night, I saw an ad for a bankruptcy paralegal. They wanted someone with experience, all the software and a great attitude/"passion for client service" . For this they want to pay $11/hr with no benefits.
Don't answer. It can be scammers fishing for personal info. It may very well be legit because they have someone in the position and want to fire them, so they don't want to post an identifying ad. Unless it is from a legit head hunter or LinkEdIn I wouldn't reply.

These people are mindboggling.
I don't think you supposed to take those type of jobs seriously since they are requesting that type of information without revealing their place of business.
I don't mind a company not telling me who they are in the ad. I do mind when they give a 6 mile list of what they expect from the new employee and then don't tell me a dang thing about the company - not the general location of town (i.e., downtown vs suburb), not the industry, nothing about the corporate culture. I'm not desperate enough to answer those ads.
The only time I'd consider replying to a blind ad like that is with a fake name, throwaway email address and phone number (burner phone) to see if I get a reply and then judge if the company is legit. You could then potentially contact the company with your real info directly if you're still interested , though $11/hr for a paralegal is a joke.

I remember having a certain way of applying to ads like that when seeking employment. The only thing my resume included was the career summary without my address and phone number with the email address included. So they got a quick overview of my experience and if I received a response from a legit person I would respond back with my full resume.
