I'm in the process of applying for a new job. I've been editing my resume to add new tasks and responsibilities that I've done according to the job I currently have. I'm a recent college graduate and have had only one paying job (the job I currently have). I've had plenty of volunteer experience in college, and that's how I landed this current job. On my resume, do I have to separate paid experience from volunteer experience? Can I just put all my jobs (unpaid and paid) under the title Experience?

Volunteer jobs count as experience.

At least I think it does, because I put a volunteer job I had on my resume and on my job applications.

When they ask how much you made, I just put $0 an hour.

Yes, as a new college grad you should include volunteer/unpaid experience. It will make you stand out in comparison to other new grads.

Once you have a few years of paid experience you should reduce the emphasis or eliminate your volunteer positions.
