So last week I had an interesting interview.

Started out meeting with the CTO, we had a good hour conversation. Non technical, just trying to get a feel for me.

Then I met with the hiring manager, we also had a good hour conversation. Not so much technical but a little. Strange thing is that nearing the end he gave me advice on how to negotiate the job offer. I never had that happen before and I took it as good news.

Then I had one more meeting with a manager in a different department, I would not be working for him but would be working with him and his team. This one was highly technical and I think I did so so with the answers.

Heard back from the recruiter, looks like they have a couple more people scheduled for interviews and I should hear back in a few days.
