I have a BA and MA in French and German and have been teaching the languages for 5 years. I am in the process of finishing my MS in educational technology and will finish the degree in December 2016.

Do you think most places would hire me this summer if I do not have my degree yet?

That depends on what jobs you apply for, as well as what the educational requirement is for each particular job.
