Work from home immediately, no interview? (employment, home jobs, income, hiring)

I was just wondering if anyone knows of work from home jobs in which there's no interview process?

Similar to Rev or "content mills".

There are tests, and if you pass, you can start working immediately.

Anyone know of any good sites/lists?

I believe Cha Cha has one.

I hear that Amazon is hiring as well as HSN.

I don't know if they do face interviews via Skype or just have a test to take.
