Hi everyone! This is the scenario: I've come from the Midwest, where I worked almost 16 years for a large company. We moved to Charleston in September, where my boyfriend had a job lined up. I have been trying in vain to land something comparable to what I was doing (office work), but have not been lucky. I've signed up for job boards and get a ton of email alerts every day, lots for those "Work at home" type situations. I'm wondering if anyone out there has legitimately done work for this type of thing? I think I would love to do that, but there are so many scams out there, so many to avoid! Ha, they make them sound like Heaven on earth and I do not want to be a sucker.
I would love to hear about any experiences that have really panned out, if you have any. Thank you so much for your time and help, it's all appreciated!!!
I've found sites like flexjobs and WAHS are pretty legitimate leads...
