Hello,

I am applying for a big Company, and they are asking me to fill out an employment application from their website and attach my Resume with it when I submit it (Email or drop off at location).

The thing is, on the Job application, it is asking me to list all past and current jobs that I have had, but on my Resume, I only put the related jobs (Information Technology related jobs).

I worked at restaurants, Gas stations, Convenient Stores before, but I just wanted to make sure if I should list all my past employers on my Job application and keep my Resume as is (Related jobs). Or if I should not list the unrelated jobs.

I want to be as honest as possible. Please help me!!

Your application should match what's on your resume, and your LinkedIn profile should also match.

Ok but I asked if I should list them or not, so you mean to not list them and match my Resume?

And I answered you. Whatever is on your resume should be entered into the application form. If it is not on your resume, it shouldn't be listed on the application form. The application form should match what is on your resume. You do not want two different sets of information being submitted to a job listing. So if your resume lists what you want them to see, that is what you should list on the application form. I am not sure how to make the answer any clearer.
