I already worked a similiar position at a different location for the company. It's a bit of a going backwards for me; due to the job qualifications and my role in the position will have less responsibility. However, the hours are flexible enough to go to school and work additional hours at the current position and elsewhere in the hospital.

I plan on working 44 to 52 hours a week. Picking up an additional two days where I can.

My only concern is pay. How do I ask the question about whether pay will be lower or same rate as I am? I make $21 an hour now and don't want to go below $18 an hour. If they say $15 I probably won't take the job.

Appreciate the feedback.
